To make our yogic experience as smooth as possible and to get the most out of our time together, I encourage you to follow these guidelines:

♥ Listen to your body. You are your own best teacher, all the poses I’m offering are completely optional, everybody’s practice looks different. This is a space to explore which movements feels right for you in the moment. sogobri takes but no responsibility for any injuries that may incur during your practice.

♥ Please be on time. Our session will start and end on time.

♥ Let meals or snacks digest before our session. Before practicing yoga, plan on giving yourself time to digest (2 hours after a meal, 1 hour after a snack). Please hydrate adequately beforehand.

♥ You may drink water during our session as needed.

♥ Please wear comfortable clothes that are stretchy.

♥ Don’t hesitate to ask questions, please inquire if there is anything you do not understand or want to learn more about.

♥ Carve out time for the session with no interruptions. Please turn off your phone.

♥ It’s essential your retain full ownership and responsibility of your own physical and overall well-being in participating a yoga session. Our time together is precious and sessions will be most fruitful when these guidelines are followed. sogobri takes but no responsibility for any injuries that may incur during your practice.
