sogobri bakery was born on Kulin Country (so-called Melbourne, Australia) in February 2023 and gently closed its doors in October 2024. Every creation you see below was entirely vegan and gluten-free, with offerings that often went further, catering to almond, soy, or sugar-free needs.
This soulful endeavour gave me the immense honour of creating visionary cakes for weddings, birthdays, community gatherings and even cosmic dates. Beyond cakes, I offered catering services as well as cooking and baking classes, weaving together food, creativity, and community.
sogobri bakery has been one of my greatest teachers. It allowed me to meet incredible people, explore the art of edible enchantments, and celebrate the daring foodies who welcomed my work with open hearts. For all the support, near and far, I am endlessly grateful.
Though this chapter has come to a close, the spirit of sogobri lives on and I am already dreaming up my next culinary adventures.
