I’m aminata (my prounoun is my name), I’m a yoga student, cake enthusiast and herbalist living and working on Kulin Country. I have trained in Vinyasa and Hatha. My classes are a concoction of these modalities as well as Kundalini yoga and Qigong.
I aim to nurture spaces where one can practice slowness, self compassion and introspection by moving through the channels of the subtle body.

As a herbalist, I’m interested in the relationship between yoga and natural ecologies. My personal practice is founded around an awareness and respect for seasonal energies, and the classes are crafted with the intention of bringing you into deeper reciprocity with the earth and our more-than-human kin.

I am drawn to offering different ways of embodiment to communities who are often alienated by the general wellness industry.
