About the Space

This space is supported by my years of experience as a trauma-informed yoga teacher, alongside my ongoing love and study of herbalism and a deep curiosity about the world and how we create meaning within it.

At its heart, this is a portal for people who are already moving towards a goal, an idea, a project, a vision and desire support carrying it forward.

You can call this coaching.
You can call it mentoring.
But sometimes, you simply need someone to talk to.
Someone who won’t shut down your dreams.
Someone who won’t rush you into logic before your vision has had time to breathe.
